Referral Program
Hello! We are excited to re-introduce our revised Referral Program effective today. The payouts are tiered according to specialty and paid out to the referee after completion of a 13-week assignment.
Referral bonus earnings:
- Refer a Travel Nurse or Licensed Allied Professionals and receive $1000
- Refer a LPN and receive $750
- Refer a CNA and receive $500
Eligibility for payout:
- The referred candidate must be a new candidate to Cambay Healthcare
- The referred candidate must start an assignment within 4 months or 120 days of being referred
- The referred candidate must complete a 13-week contract
- The referred candidate must be in good standing
- The referred candidate cannot be in Terminated or Do Not Return status
- The referred candidate must be 100% compliant – No expired licenses, certifications or credentials
- The referred candidate must not have any reported attendance issues
- *Anyone can refer a travel candidate except Cambay Healthcare Staff and their families are not eligible for referral bonus payments
- *There are no limits to how many people someone can refer
