Jeff Rogers: A Leader with Passion

Jeff Rogers is a respected figure in business innovation and growth, known for his ability to turn plans into results and his passion for helping teams succeed. With a long history of success, especially in businesses that sell Microsoft products, Jeff has become an expert at creating fresh sales plans, building high-performing teams, and finding new customers.

Last year, Jeff’s leadership resulted in a remarkable 400% increase in sales! This achievement showcases his skill in putting new sales ideas and business practices into action. He emphasizes well-organized application sales and putting together solutions that solve customer problems. This approach has consistently helped him surpass sales goals and build strong relationships with Microsoft partners.

Beyond sales, Jeff is an expert in helping businesses run more smoothly and use data to make better choices. He’s improved customer relationship management systems and developed innovative sales programs. As a strategic consultant, Jeff has played a key role in revamping CRM systems, developing quoting processes, and creating new sales programs. His ability to integrate cutting-edge technology and IT systems has secured major deals with international companies.

Jeff is dedicated to increasing revenue and empowering his teams. He excels at training and coaching teams in application sales and solution selling, leading to greater efficiency and openness within the organization.

When he’s not working, Jeff is a proud UT Austin graduate (class of 1995) and a college football enthusiast. He served in the US Army as a combat engineer before starting his successful career. In his free time, he enjoys scuba diving, skydiving, golfing, and spending time with his wife of 32 years and their three daughters.

Justin Slotnick is the Director of Sales for Cambay Healthcare. He comes to us with over three years of experience working within the travel nurse and allied health market.

Justin is excited to be here and looks forward to helping Cambay Healthcare expand their business and make a positive impact for our partnered Clients.

Justin resides in New York City and was born and raised not far away in Westchester County. Outside of work, Justin is passionate about rock climbing and often takes trip to New Paltz and other outdoor areas.

At Cambay Healthcare, Aya has excelled as an Account Manager, driving growth by developing innovative strategies and managing key client relationships. Her leadership skills shine through in overseeing teams, bridging the gap between recruitment and client services.

Prior to this, Aya demonstrated their commitment to excellence as a Client Services Manager at Cambay Healthcare. Her ability to maintain quality standards while covering senior roles underscores their reliability and dedication.

With a diverse background including roles at The Potts Law Firm and Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Aya brings a wealth of experience in research, analysis, and client relations. As our Director of Account Management, she is dedicated to driving client success and fostering collaboration across teams.

Amanda Corbin is the Associate Controller for Cambay Healthcare. She comes to us with experience working within many divisions of the healthcare staffing industry (including travel services, medical coding, allied, and physician business to name a few.) While specializing in a variety of financial reporting, her background in mathematics and data analytics will provide an advanced foundation for expanding the capabilities of our finance department.

Amanda’s exceptional interpersonal skills allow her to easily build relationships with external clientele, as well as internal team members, to promote unity throughout our divisions.

Amanda resides in Maryland, where she was born and raised. She is a recent new mother and enjoys being active outdoors with her family. Amanda also spends a portion of her time coaching a local college cheerleading team.
