Brad Nation joined Cambay Consulting in 2018 as a VP of Business Development in the burgeoning healthcare vertical. Brad’s role was to organize and structure the new healthcare service line of Cambay Consulting to address the needs of clients requesting clinical staff. Brad’s role in the organization progressed through 2019 and 2020 as the organization grew exponentially, providing insight into the healthcare industry, securing a broad client base and helping the organization build structure around healthcare staffing. In 2021, as Cambay Consulting’s Healthcare service line spun away and formed Cambay Healthcare, LLC, Brad was named CEO of the newly formed company. Brad continues to lead the organization into a post-pandemic world focusing on a “back to the basics” approach of investing deeply in our healthcare providers’ and clients to bring the best talent and care to patients and their families in new and innovative ways.
Brad’s started his career in healthcare staffing in 2002 and has held various roles in business development, workforce solutions development and implementation and consulting with companies like AMN Healthcare, AHSG, Supplemental and others. Brad lives in Dallas, TX and looks forward to contributing thoughtful, intentional and inventive solutions for the challenges facing healthcare and healthcare workforce management ahead.
Vice President of Recruitment
Lori McGuire, an accomplished staffing leader and recruiting strategist, brings a wealth of experience to the field, encompassing all facets of recruitment, staffing, and operational management. She is recognized for her exceptional aptitude in direct communication and relationship-building skills.
With a hands-on approach to leadership, Lori has consistently led initiatives focused on process optimization and increased operational efficiency. These efforts have culminated in the development of cutting-edge recruitment strategies, programs, policies, and practices that not only boost team productivity but also drive revenue growth. Her central objective is to provide outstanding talent solutions and customer service to both clients and candidates.
Lori's overarching mission transcends individual transactions, as they are dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within here organization. Through her leadership, the organization strives to set new industry standards in staffing and recruiting, delivering a superior level of service to valued clients and candidates.
Director Candidate & Client Experience
Deidra is our Director of Candidate and Client Experience, bringing with her an impressive two-decade long career in staffing and recruitment across national and international landscapes. She possesses an extensive background in a multitude of sectors, specialized in healthcare.
Her talent acquisition expertise is far-reaching, successfully identifying and securing top talent from entry-level positions to high-level executives. Notably, Deidra is recognized for her leadership in directing high-performing recruitment teams, instilling a culture of loyalty, enthusiasm, and dedication to excellence.
Beyond recruitment, Deidra specializes in talent acquisition and management, candidate sourcing and talent pipelining, market research, company branding and awareness and creating optimal candidate experience.
Her industry insights, coupled with a steadfast commitment to enhancing candidate experiences, position her as an invaluable asset to Cambay Healthcare and its clients, truly embodying our commitment to superior service.
Amanda Corbin is the Associate Controller for Cambay Healthcare. She comes to us with experience working within many divisions of the healthcare staffing industry (including travel services, medical coding, allied, and physician business to name a few.) While specializing in a variety of financial reporting, her background in mathematics and data analytics will provide an advanced foundation for expanding the capabilities of our finance department.
Amanda’s exceptional interpersonal skills allow her to easily build relationships with external clientele, as well as internal team members, to promote unity throughout our divisions.
Amanda resides in Maryland, where she was born and raised. She is a recent new mother and enjoys being active outdoors with her family. Amanda also spends a portion of her time coaching a local college cheerleading team.

With over 22 yrs experience in Healthcare Staffing, Rebecca comes to Cambay Healthcare with a background in strategic sales planning, product development, account management, and recruitment, showcasing her versatility and broad knowledge of the industry.
Rebecca’s ability to build strong and lasting relationships with her clients has been a cornerstone of her career. Her approach to sales is rooted in a consultative and solution-driven mindset, with the belief that successful sales go beyond merely selling a product or service; it's about understanding the unique needs and challenges of each client and offering tailored solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations.
