• Support the Insurance Manager in processing claims and maintaining accurate records.

1. Policy Administration:
• Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining insurance policies and related documentation.
• Handle policy endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements as per company guidelines.
2. Claims Processing:
• Aid in the timely and accurate processing of insurance claims, including documentation, investigation, and settlement negotiation.
• Liaise with claimants, insurers, and adjusters to gather necessary information and resolve claim-related queries.
3. Risk Assessment:
• Support in conducting risk assessments and evaluations to identify potential risks and exposures.
• Assist in analyzing insurance coverage adequacy and recommending adjustments as needed.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of insurance policies, claims, and related communications.
• Prepare regular reports on insurance activities, claims status, and key performance indicators for management review.
5. Client Communication:
• Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external parties regarding insurance inquiries and issues.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Policy Procurement and Renewal:
• Assist in procuring new insurance policies and renewing existing ones by gathering competitive pricing quotes from insurance carriers.
• Collaborate with insurance brokers and underwriters to negotiate favourable terms and conditions for insurance coverage.
• Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies to maintain continuous coverage and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support in evaluating insurance proposals and recommending appropriate coverage options based on business needs and risk exposures.
