1. To efficiently manage the compliance process for contract employees while upholding legal and ethical standards, ensuring smooth integration into the workforce.
2. To rovide comprehensive guidance and support to contract employees, ensuring accurate completion of all compliance-related documentation and procedures, and addressing any compliance issues promptly.
• Establish contact with potential contract employees, ensuring timely completion of compliance-related tasks within legal and ethical standards required by clients and Joint Commission Certification.
• Verify and audit candidates' certifications and licenses, ensuring they meet necessary requirements.
• Issue prepaid authorization for drug and health screenings as needed for candidates.
• Conduct background screenings through licensed third-party agencies' portals.
• Training for this job role will be provided.
